Since dates are reserved, deposits are non-refundable. However, we may allow rescheduling based on availability and circumstances. All changes must be requested in advance.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, obtaining any required legal documents (such as marriage licenses), and ensuring all event arrangements are properly in place.

5. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if necessary, including situations involving misconduct, unsafe environments, or failure to comply with agreed terms.
